Cookies policy
How this site handles cookies, browser local storage, and your consent choices.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser by the websites you visit. They
can be used for sessions, preferences, analytics or marketing. The same rules apply
to localStorage — this document covers both.
2. Legal basis
Cookie use is governed in Poland by Article 173 of the Telecommunications Act (transposing EU Directive 2002/58/EC). Strictly necessary cookies for the requested service do not require consent. Analytics and marketing cookies require your freely given, informed and unambiguous consent under GDPR and EDPB Guidelines 5/2020.
3. Categories we offer
3.1. Strictly necessary
Technical files required for the site and the contact form to work (e.g. session cookies set by the application server). Always on — without them the site cannot function. Exempt from the consent requirement under Art. 173(3) of the Telecommunications Act.
3.2. Analytics (off by default)
Anonymous traffic statistics that help us understand how you use the site. We currently use no analytics tool (no Google Analytics, Plausible, Matomo, etc.). If we ever add one, it will only activate after you opt in.
3.3. Marketing (off by default)
Cookies for remarketing and personalised advertising. We currently use no marketing tool. Same rule as analytics — opt-in only.
4. Your consent record
Your choice from the consent banner is stored in your browser’s
localStorage under the key tmsped-consent with the following
shape:
version— banner version (we’ll re-prompt on changes),timestamp— ISO 8601 time of the choice,necessary: true— always,analytics—trueif accepted,marketing—trueif accepted.
The consent record itself is treated as strictly necessary under EDPB Guidelines — without it we’d have to ask you again on every visit.
5. Changing or withdrawing consent
You can change your choice at any time by clicking Manage cookies in
the footer. You can also clear localStorage in your browser settings —
the banner will reappear on your next visit.
6. Server logs
Independently of cookies, our server records technical logs (IP, User-Agent, request time) — see the Privacy policy for details.
7. Third parties (browser-side)
Manrope and JetBrains Mono are self-hosted — your browser issues no requests to third parties while using the site (no Google Fonts, CDNs, ad networks etc.).
On the server side we do use hosting (Railway) and email (Gmail) — see Privacy policy, section 5 for the full list of processors.

When we add new tools (analytics, marketing) we will update this document and the consent banner. Bumping the banner version means we’ll ask you to choose again.
